Booking & Deposit
A $20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Service Requirements
To keep our services efficient, we ask that customers provide access to water and electricity. Please also ensure the vehicle is accessible, personal belongings are removed, and there is space around the vehicle for detailing.

Arrival times are estimated and may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or prior appointments. Service times depend on the vehicle size, condition, and selected services.
FAQ
What if my car is very dirty?
Most pricing follows the online quote. If a vehicle has excessive buildup, we’ll confirm price with you before starting.
Do I need to be present?
You don’t need to stay during the service, but the vehicle must be accessible when we arrive.
Do I need to provide water and power?
Yes. To keep prices affordable, access to water and electricity is required for all detailing services.
When do I pay?
Once your detail is complete, payment can be made in person with Tap-to-Pay, emailed invoice, cash, or cashapp.
Service Area
​We provide mobile detailing within our local service area so you can enjoy professional results without leaving home. We service vehicles within a 15 - mile radius, including nearby cities and neighborhoods.

Car Sizes
When booking, you are asked to select your car size for pricing. Below are examples of sizes to help you pick the right option.
Small - Sedans & Coupes​
Smaller vehicles with a lower ride height and compact footprint. These are typically the quickest to clean and easiest to maneuver.
Examples: Audi A4, Honda Civic, Toyota Camry, BMW Sedans, Ford Mustang
Medium - SUVs & 2-Rows

Mid-size vehicles with added passenger and cargo space, including most 2-row SUVs and crossovers. Also includes some Large Sedans.
Examples: Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V, Hyundai Santa Fe, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Ford Explorer
Large - Trucks, SUVs, vans

Full-size vehicles with the most interior room and exterior surface area, including Trucks, 3-row SUVs, and vans. These require more time and coverage during detailing.
Examples: Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Chevrolet Silverado, Chevrolet Tahoe, Ford Expedition, Mercedes Sprinter Van
