Service Policies &
Terms

We aim to provide a professional and smooth detailing experience for every customer. The following policies help ensure appointments run efficiently and fairly for everyone.

​Booking & Deposit

A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve your service time.

This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

Deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or missed appointments will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Arrival Times

Mobile detailing appointments include travel time, so arrival times are estimated rather than exact.

Traffic, weather, vehicle condition, or prior appointments may occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and will always communicate if arrival times change.

Please allow a 30–45 minute arrival window for mobile services.

Pricing

Service pricing listed online is based on vehicle size and the selected detailing package.

In most cases the listed price is accurate. However, vehicles with extreme dirt buildup, heavy staining, excessive pet hair, or unusually large interiors may require additional time or products.

If this happens, any pricing adjustments will always be discussed and approved before work begins.

Service Approval

Before starting work, we confirm the service package, add-ons, and final price with you.

If we are unable to agree on service conditions or pricing, we reserve the right to respectfully decline the appointment.

Payment

The remaining balance is due after the service is completed and you have inspected the results.

By booking an appointment, you authorize us to charge the card used for your deposit for any remaining approved balance.

Vehicle Condition

Detailing may reveal pre-existing scratches, stains, oxidation, or other cosmetic damage that was previously hidden by dirt or buildup.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions uncovered during cleaning.

Personal Belongings

Please remove personal belongings before your appointment.

Items left inside the vehicle may limit cleaning results, and we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

Weather & Safety

Mobile detailing may be affected by weather or unsafe working conditions.

If weather conditions prevent safe service, the appointment may be rescheduled to the next available time. We will always communicate as early as possible if this happens.

Time Estimates

Service times listed on the website are approximate estimates and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

Photos

We may take before and after photos of vehicles for quality records or marketing purposes.

Personal information such as license plates, addresses, or identifying details will not be shared.

If you prefer that photos not be taken, simply let us know before the service begins.

Final Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon completion so we can ensure you are happy with the results.

Once the technician leaves the service location, the service is considered accepted and complete.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these service policies and terms.
